Public feature examples use sample data. Your signed-in account and the information you add to the app are handled separately. Optional website preferences are your choice.
Information you share
Financa processes information you provide to use the service:
- Account details: your name, email address and sign-in information.
- Money records: the income, expenses, wallets, budgets, goals and shared-group information you add in the app.
- Optional uploads: receipt images or other media you choose to submit.
- Membership details: your plan, payment references and verified subscription status.
Why it is used
Account information supports sign-in, profile management and access to your Financa data. Money records support tracking, budgets, goals, reports and synchronization between your signed-in sessions.
Subscription information is used to verify plan access and display payment and renewal information. Receipt and AI tools process the information you submit when you choose to use those tools.
Website examples
The interactive examples on the Features page use sample data. Example transactions, goals, budgets and bills reset when you reload, and are not written to your Financa account.
If you allow optional preferences, this website can remember the last Features tab you explored on this device. It does not save the financial values you entered into an example.
Services that support Financa
- Firebase: account authentication, database and media services used by Financa.
- PayPal: web subscription checkout and payment management when billing is enabled.
- AI services: requests from app tools can be processed by a model provider through Financa’s server-side service.
- Website services: hosting, access controls and font delivery can receive technical request information when you load the website.
App Store and Google Play releases are still in development. The website does not offer a store download yet.
Cookies and device storage
Essential storage supports sign-in, security and remembering your cookie choice. Optional preferences are off until you choose to allow them.

Your information and choices
You can edit your profile in My Account, manage your plan on the website and use the app’s account-deletion flow where available.
For access, correction or deletion questions, contact support@financa.live using the email associated with your account. The account-deletion guide explains the available steps.
Account and app data are kept to provide the service until you remove them or request account deletion. Payment-provider and operational records may have separate retention requirements.
